It depends on the scope and the model you choose (closed project or monthly ongoing operations). The initial call is free: we understand your case and within 3-5 days we send you a concrete proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing options.
Initial implementation: 4-8 weeks depending on complexity. After that you can continue with ongoing operations month by month.
We work with SMBs and mid-sized companies. What matters isn't the size, but having a process or system where we can make a concrete impact.
OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex, self-hosted open-source models when it makes sense. Integration stack: Node.js, Python, AWS/GCP, n8n for workflows. We pick the tool based on the case, not the other way around.
You have two options: (1) We continue as your external tech team in monthly ongoing operations — we maintain, evolve, and optimize the system month to month. It's the model we recommend for most cases. (2) If you prefer a closed project, we deliver the system working with complete documentation and your team takes over. You choose based on your budget (OpEx vs CapEx).
